FlexCheck ("FlexCheck," "we," "us") provides software that helps hosts offer flexible arrival and departure options and collect payments from guests.

1. The service

FlexCheck provides the platform and payment tooling. FlexCheck is not a hotel, host, or accommodation provider, and does not control the underlying stays or services offered by hosts.

2. Host responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for fulfilling the offers they create and for their own refund decisions. Hosts must ensure the information they provide is accurate and that they have the right to offer the services listed.

3. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. FlexCheck applies a platform fee as described in the pricing and fees documentation. Payout timing follows the connected Stripe account's schedule.

4. Refunds

Refunds are the responsibility of the host, not FlexCheck. Guests should contact their host directly for refund requests.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexCheck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FlexCheck is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Governing law
