How fees are calculated

Frequently asked questions
Does the guest pay extra fees?
No. The guest pays exactly the offer price. Processing and platform fees come out of that amount.
When do I receive my payout?
Payout timing follows your connected Stripe account's schedule. Check your Stripe dashboard for details.
Who issues refunds?
Refunds are handled by you, the host. FlexCheck does not issue refunds on your behalf.
